Where can I place an order ?
You can place an order directly through our online shop by adding items to your cart and completing the checkout process with your preferred shipping address.
How do I know my order was successful ?
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and includes your order details.
Can I change or cancel my order ?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are dispatched. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to modify your order.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address ?
Contact us as quickly as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the address. Once shipped, address changes may not longer be possible.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect ?
If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact our customer service as soon as possible with photos and your order details. In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, we will arrange a replacement or refund for any non-conforming or damaged items.

Your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase when you confirm and submit your order.

We currently ship to the European Union and are continuously expanding our shipping destinations worldwide. Shipping options and availability will be displayed at checkout.
How much does shipping cost ?
Shipping fees vary by destination, order value and selected delivery option. Any applicable fees are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
How long will delivery take ?
Delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping method. On average you can count between 2 and 14 working days after your order is being dispatched. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided after order dispatch.

Can I use the these masks everyday ?
Yes, our masks are designed and suitable for regular use. For best results we recommend following the usage instructions provided for each mask.
Are the masks reusable ?
No, each mask is for single use only. To ensure optimal efficiency and hygiene, please use a new mask for each application.
Where are your products manufactured ?
Our products are made in France in state-of-the-art facilities that adhere to strict quality and safety standards, in full compliance with all applicable EU cosmetic regulations.
Do your products comply with EU law ?
Yes. All our products comply with the EU Cosmetic Regulation No. 1223/2009, including requirements for safety assessments, labelling and product information files.
Are your products tested on animals ?
No, never. We strictly respect EU regulations, which prohibit cosmetic animal testing. We do not test finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we commission any third party to do so.
Can I return a product ?
We stand behind our products. If your item is defective or incorrect, you can easily return it under our policy. In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase with 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, this right does not apply to products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery.
